Pickled Biquino Peppers

Ingredients:

  • Biquino peppers, washed

  • 1 cup white vinegar

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced

Directions:

  • Fill a clean mason jar with biquino peppers.

  • In a saucepan add all remaining ingredients and bring to a boil over medium-high heat.

  • Once boiled and sugar is dissolved, pour boiling water over peppers in the jar.

  • Allow to cool to room temperature. Seal with lid and refrigerate. Enjoy up to two weeks.
